DIMO honors a twelve (12) month warranty on the DIMO Data Device from the point of delivery, in case of defect when there is no software fix available. For this policy, a software fix is defined as any change to the existing software and/or hardware configuration by a software update or an over-the-air (OTA) update to restore the functions as specified by the DIMO Data Device.
